Five months. Kennedy was only President for 33 months. The key passage of Executive Order 11110 was rescinded by Ronald Reagan in Executive Order 12608 in 1987. The order was effectively mooted by an Act of Congress in 1997. I know you want to suggest that signing of this order (one of hundreds Kennedy signed) somehow led to his assassination, on some grand conspiracy theory. But that idea is ridiculous.
