A- The existing county zoning will remain in effect only 60 days following incorporation. The Village will have to begin their own zoning or formally adopt the county zoning ordinances before the countys expires. There will be notice of a public hearing 30 days prior to adoption of any zoning policies, giving all citizens a chance to voice their input to the council.
