NO!! Dogs DO NOT have menstruation cycles. ONLY HUMANS have menstruation cycles. They may bleed after giving birth, but that does NOT mean they’re menstruating. I’m an Animal and Dairy science major and we’ve talked about all kinds of species in my Physiology of Reproduction class including dogs. HUMANS are the only animals that menstruate.
