How long after a person at my operation submits his/her fingerprints should I wait before I inquire about the person’s fingerprint check results?

If you have not received the person’s fingerprint results from DFPS within 30 days from the date the person was fingerprinted, please follow up with the Centralized Background Check Unit (CBCU) by contacting the CBCU Support Line at 800-645-7549 or sending an email to RCCLFBIRESULTS@dfps.state.tx.us.
