The likelihood of any company making an intern a full-time job offer depends on that company’s need and ability to hire a new employee, as well as the intern’s performance, qualifications and fit for the open position. We can report, however, that from the University of Dreams Class of 2008, over 47% of survey respondents received offers to return as full-time employees or interns.
