How likely is it that a removed lymph node from the neck will turn out to be cancer?

I just had a lymph node removed in my neck and sent for a full histology. Nothing was done prior to this, ie antibiotics, CT scan etc. Now I am absolutely terrified its going to be lymphoma or some other form of cancer. Anyone have ideas what the percentages are for these things coming back negative.
