How late in the day may I enter, edit, or delete a payment?
Although bill payments may be scheduled for the current Business Day or any date in the future at any time, they will only be processed twice a day at 2:00 A.M. Central Time and 12:00 P.M. (noon) Central Time. If you attempt to schedule a payment for the same Business Day after the 12:00 P.M. (noon) Central Time, the payment will be processed the following Business Day at 2:00 A.M. Central Time. Anything scheduled on a non-Business Day, will be processed the Business Day prior to the non-Business Day. To cancel or change a scheduled payment, the request must be submitted before the 2:00 A.M. Central Time processing time on the scheduled payment date. Otherwise the payment will be processed according to its instructions at 2:00 A.M. Central Time on the scheduled payment date.
