You may enter, edit or delete payments scheduled Monday through Saturday until 10:00p.m. CST the day before the scheduled payment date you set.

A. If the payment does not show a status of “in process”, “processing” or “processed” you may edit or delete the payment.

You can add, edit or delete a bill payment up until 4:00 PM EST cut-off time on the processing date you originally scheduled.

A Bill Payments are processed at 12:00 am and 12:00 pm on the scheduled payment date. Payments entered after noon will be processed the following day.

Cut off time is 8:00 p.m. CT. Any new bill payments entered by that time will be accepted for processing that day, unless they are future dated, in which case they will remain in the pending queue until 8:00 p.m. CT on that date. Payments entered after this cutoff will be processed on the next business day.
