Payments entered, recurring or one time, before 11:00 a.m. EST Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. Payments received after 11:00 a.m. EST on Monday-Thursday will be processed the next business day. Payments received after 11:00 a.m. EST on Friday will be processed the next business day.

Bill Payments are processed at 2:00 am CST and 12:00 p.m. (noon) CST on the scheduled payment date. Payments entered after noon will be processed the following day.

You may enter, edit, or delete payments scheduled Monday through Friday up until 12:30 pm Eastern Time the day of the scheduled payment date that you set.

Cut-off time is 8pm Central Time. Any new bill payments entered by that time will be accepted for processing that day, unless they are future-dated, in which case they will remain in the pending queue until 8pm Central Time on that date. Payments entered after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

You may add, edit, or delete a payment up to 2:00 AM CST on the day the payment is scheduled to be sent. If a same day payment is submitted between 2:00 AM CST and Noon CST it may be edited up until Noon CST.
