Cut-off time is 8 p.m. CDT. Any new bill payments entered by that time will be accepted for processing that day, unless they are future-dated, in which case they will remain in the pending queue until 8 p.m. CDT on that date. Payments entered after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

You may add, edit, or delete a payment up to 1:00 AM MST on the day the payment is scheduled to be sent. If a same day payment is submitted between 1:00 AM MST and 11:00 AM MST it may be edited up until 11:00 AM MST.

A. You may add, edit, or delete a payment up to 2:00 AM CST on the day the payment is scheduled to be sent. If a same-day payment is submitted between 2:00 AM CST and 12:00 PM CST, it may be edited up until 12:00 PM CST.
