How large will the tutored groups be?
Tutored sessions will be in groups ranging from trios to octets and nonets. The average group size will only be around 5. Most students prefer smaller group sizes and efforts will be made to ensure that no student has a disproportionate number of large groups, unless specifically requested. In order to maintain groups at a reasonable size, we will appoint additional tutors in line with the number of applications. In both 2009 and 2010, following an excellent response to the newly launched Summer School, we increased the number of tutors from six to eight.
