The entire Park is approximately 21,000 acres, of which nearly 6,000 acres are available for immediate sale and development. The Park currently is zoned M-2, which supports a wide variety of industrial uses. Additionally, as the Park grows, both commercial and retail development will be added to support the surrounding industries.
