There are 14,000 Level 2 (300-500 beds) hospitals in china. That is our market where our prepaid HMO concept with an assigned. 50,000 enrollees apply at $375 per member or $18.75M per hospital applies on which SunnyLife will earn a net 21% pre-tax margin. Our objective is minimum: 100 hospitals up to 500-1,000 hospitals over a 5-year period. Each hospital is prior to our taking them on, profitable and fully staffed before receiving any membership HMO revenues. These hospitals are under a special mandate from the Chinese government. These two activities, hospitals and assisted care living facilities, are in addition to our present core business of vitamins/ food supplements where we have done $7.5M pretax based on revenues of $11M which has already been announced in a prior press release.
