How large is the condensate tanks?
The internal condensate tanks hold approximately 2.5 gallons each which totals five gallons. When the tanks fill up, the control panel will display a yellow light to let you know that the tanks are full. If the tanks are not emptied within a short time (the time period just depends on how humid the room/application is) then the control panel will display a red light which will result in the shut down of the unit. This prevents condensate overflow. To clear the yellow/red lights the two condensate tanks must be emptied and put back into the unit correctly.
