Transaction size varies, with most Club commitments ranging from $500,000 to $1,000,000. Co-investment by members is encouraged, usually negotiated up to an amount equal in size to the Clubs investment. A Club generally expects to make 8-12 investments, with a reserve maintained for follow-on investing.
