How large is a LifeStation and how much would it cost to construct?
The LifeStation facility is approximately 15,000 square feet. If an organization has land, the approximate cost to construct the facility in most areas would be between $1.5-1.8 million. There are obviously differences in building costs from area to area and our estimates do not include potential income that might be realized from gift-in-kind.
