How large are the double rooms/single rooms/ apartments?
The room sizes vary. The average square footage of a double occupancy room is 247 sq. ft. The average square footage of a single room is 162 sq. ft. The apartments range from 380 sq. ft. to 446 sq. ft. All residents will have access to the community kitchen, living and study rooms.
