How large are e-statement attachments?
The size of e-Statements attachments will vary by account. Depending on the number of transactions in any given month your statement size could vary considerably. However, an average size statement will be between one to two megabytes in size. The largest statement size that will be sent to any account is ten megabytes. Your specific e-mail provider may limit your attachment size to less than ten megabytes in size. If this is the case, you will need to notify the bank so that we can your change maximum statement size accordingly. If your statement exceeds the size limit, you will receive an e-mail alerting you that your statement was too large to send via e-mail and a paper copy will be mailed to you.
