How large a space or how many spaces does a host need?
Space is needed for 30-40 guests each evening from 4:00 PM to 8:30 AM (this range includes time for preparation and cleanup) to serve dinner and provide food for late arriving guests. Guests generally arrive by 6 PM and have boarded buses the following morning by 7 AM. Space for 30-40 guests and volunteers and staff to eat as well as space for guests to sleep is needed (meals may be served in the same space where guests sleep). Additional space is requested for FACETS staff to store supplies and, when necessary, to meet privately with guests.
