WIOCC has developmental objectives embedded in its operational structure, meaning that we will ensure open access to all licensed operators along the east coast and practice a fair pricing policy for all. This means that telecom operators are able to compete fairly in purchasing international capacity from WIOCC. This, coupled with market forces, will undoubtedly exert a downward pressure on price giving the end user greater value for money – the end result will translate in lower prices to the consumer.
