We talk about it daily, and are always looking for signs. We have a strong commitment to our core values and are aggressive about getting the message out about our newly renovated hotel. We are more flexible than ever and know we have to be able to move differently in these times. WHAT IS YOUR PROUDEST ACCOMPLISHMENT SINCE BEING AT THE WESTIN? I’m very proud of the way we connect with guests. We want to get to know our guests and create a custom experience for them. It’s the small things that make the visits for our guests. We could tell a million stories about experiences we have created that have made such a difference for the guests. We strive to treat them on a personal level so that they feel better when they leave than when they came in. WHERE DO YOU ENTERTAIN NEW CLIENTS OR MEET FOR BUSINESS?
