How is Wavecam controlled?

0

The Wavecam is controlled by the Operator Flight Control Center. There are two control panels, one for horizontal and lateral positioning and a second panel for control over all camera functions, including pan, tilt, zoom, focus and iris control. The Flight Center uses a combination of joystick, rocker switch, and dial controls, each ergonomically positioned for simultaneous, multi-function adjustment. The Wavecam can be operated by one or two “pilots.” A single operator can position and shoot the Wavecam; however, if moving shots and continuous repositioning is needed, a second operator is recommended.
