How is VetMend different from magnet therapy?
VetMend utilizes a totally different therapeutic technology than magnet therapy. Most magnet horse care product instructions and literature will tell you not to apply “magnets” to a new injury. Magnet manufacturers often warn users NOT TO APPLY MAGNETS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF INJURY and not to apply magnets to a “hot” injury. They generally recommend cooling the injured area first with ice.
