Dear Mr. Chirayata, The vegetable waste in Bangalore has good demand. To be precise the procurer will reserve the waste on long term basis after paying the advance. The usage is as follows:- The brokens and not much rotten vegetables will be taken away by road side eateries and small hotels. The cabbage leaves are booked in advance by the cattle owners. And other wastage is being procured by them. The remaining semi rotten waste goes to Pig, off course for a price. In Bangalore, the Electric generation is not being done by vegetable waste. Though, we have a small bio unit, it uses the municipal waste. Hence be careful when eating on road side eateries.
