How is University of Missouri Health Care preparing for the aging population?
In planning, leaders are examining the continuum of care. Each adult service line will include a component for addressing the health care issues of the aging. How will leadership embrace the private sector? The goal is to improve our relationship with referring physicians across the state while also strengthening our relationships with local private physicians. A good example of this working is in obstetrics, gynecology and women’s health at CRH where the medical staff includes both University Physicians and private physicians providing this care.
