Pretty Good question! I got what you mean by it. The Direction of the expantion of Universe is away from each other. The Expansion of the universe is rapid and Each galaxy is moving away from each other in outward direction. Now where is this outwards, or the direction of expansion? It’s absolutely unknown. At present the experiments carried by WMAP imaging satellite show the shape of the Observable Universe as the spherical with the Earth in it’s center as far as our observation goes. The galaxies at the leftmost corner (say) are moving away from us at the ‘X’ speed, the galaxies at right End are also moving away from us at ‘X’ speed. now galaxies at left are moving away with ‘2X’ speed from right corner and vice versa. So the Outward direction is totally unknown till date. (It’s away from us) There are different models of Universe at present describing the expansion pattern of Universe.
