How is U-Lactin Body Lotion different from other skin lotions and creams?
In addition to its unique blend of moisturizers and emollients, U-Lactin contains two special ingredients to help your skin stay hydrated: urea and lactic acid. Urea and lactic acid are natural humectants – small molecules that attract and hold water. They are an important part of healthy skin’s “natural moisturizing factor” and play a role in skin flexibility and water retention. [Loden, 2003] Research has suggested that both urea and lactic acid can help reduce skin roughness, dryness and cracking. [Serup, 1992; Kuster et al., 1998; Jennings et al., 1998] In addition, U-Lactin does not contain fragrances or lanolin, two of the more common allergens in over-the-counter cosmetic products.
