How is true MCHC produced?
Carefully selected New Zealand and Australian veal bones are the source of the highest quality MCHC. New Zealand and Australia were chosen because animals are free-range fed rather than feedlot raised, are completely free of BSE fear exposure and among the healthiest herds in the world. The unspoiled environment of New Zealand and Australia also ensures the world’s lowest levels of contaminants such as lead (many times lower than the level determined safe by the U.S. government guidelines). True MCHC is processed without heat to preserve the delicate proteins and processed so that the microcrystalline structure is not lost. Stringent guidelines are followed to ensure purity and activity.
