How is transactional data captured?
You have the option to 1. provide copies of your account statements 2. download the data monthly and e-mail to TreasCore or 3. provide TreasCore with online access to your account(s). 1. If you choose to only provide copies of your account statements, TreasCore will be required to manually enter your transactional data into the TreasGuard system. Your monthly service fee includes transactional data for one account to be entered manually. For each additional account manually entered into the TreasGuard system our hourly rate will apply. 2. You may also provide the data in a format that will import to Quicken, QuickBooks, or Money on a monthly basis. However, our preferred format is Excel (xls). If this option is chosen you must download the data monthly and e-mail to TreasCore. 3.
