How is title held on property in a Sterling Trust account?

0

For any property to be held in a Sterling Trust account, the title must held in the name of “Equity Trust Company, d/b/a Sterling Trust, Custodian FBO Accountholder Name, IRA #______”. The property may not be held in the accountholder’s individual name. Accordingly, the contract/purchase agreement, title commitment/insurance, deed, liability insurance, etc. must all be titled in the same name.
