This means that you will have the information provided by weather spotters at the exact same time the National Weather Service receives it. What if there isn’t a spotter logged-in at the location from which you need a report? WarnIM Moderators have access to each spotter’s contact information, so they can reach them by phone, ham radio or carrier pidgeon!
