HOW IS THIS CHUCK DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE CURRENTLY ON THE 18V & 14.4V LOK-TOR MODELS?

The new chuck has all the great features and durability of the current chuck but is about 1/10th of a pound lighter than the one currently used on Lok-Tor drills. Additional machining of the internal components and a plastic back plate allowed us to reduce its weight. The nose piece of this chuck is also slightly different. It has a tapered nose verses the Lok-Tor chuck with the round over nose.
