How is the Year 2000 Project Office organized?
The Project Office is part of FedEx’s Information and Technology Division (ITD). The management team consists of one Managing Director and three Managers. Functionally, work groups within the Project Office manage the Information Technology Computing area (testing, tools, technical support), Vendor Compliance, End User Computing and Project Management efforts. The office works in conjunction with the FedEx Legal, Audit, Finance, Marketing and Communications departments to provide a consistent, complete approach.
