How is the wrap produced once the design is ready for print?
A. Everything runs like clock work once the design layout is complete and all the specifications are followed in detail. The quality control process is where most wrap companies try to cut corners in order to reduce the overall cost. Our policy requires that our production crew print a 50″ wide proof on the same material used for the finished product. In addition, a full size cropped area of the vehicle wrap graphics is printed for our files so that if a graphic ever needs to be reprinted we can match the swatch.
