How is the winner determined?
The eventual winner is determined by 2 main factors: Bid Price and Bid Date/Time. Most important, of course, is the bid price – highest bid wins. However, in the case where two or more bids have the same bidding price on the same auction at the same time, to break a tie, the one who first logged in to the system will take precedence over the others. The winner is the highest bidder who meets or exceeds the Asking Price on the day the auction closes.
