How is the welfare of students catered for at QAHS?
QAHS is about educating the whole child. The school will only enrol up to 450 students, which ensures an ongoing sense of community amongst students and staff. The school is structured so that each student belongs to a Mentor Learning Community of 10 to 14 students with one teacher as their Learning Mentor. These groups meet for up to four hours a week. In this time, individual and small group learning and mentoring programs are developed.
