I looked on weather.com at the 10-day forecasts for those cities, and Paris: Highs between 65 and 77 degrees, lows between 53 and 58 degrees, partly cloudy. It should get gradually warmer towards July. London: about the same as Paris, but a little cooler. Probably more rain. Rome: Highs 73-78, lows around 62 degrees.
