HOW IS THE VERIPURE USED FOR SANITIZING SURFACES?
The VeriPure unit is designed as a sanitizing rinse. It is necessary to wash items such as dishes, cutting boards, meat trays, kitchen sponges, etc. to remove coarse particles, oils and grease as you do normally, and then rinse them to remove the soap. Place the item under the cold water ozone rinse from the VeriPure for at least 30 to 60 seconds. It is important that the ozonated water flood over every part of the exposed surfaces.
