How is the Vehicle Registration Fee effort being coordinated with ACTIA’s B3 efforts?
ACCMA is coordinating with the Alameda County Transportation Improvement Authority (ACTIA) as it begins its initial stages of the most recent Measure B renewal effort, known as B3. ACTIA has already begun holding “listening sessions” throughout the County that will continue through the end of 2010. Although these forums focus on B3, not on the Vehicle Registration Fee, ACCMA and ACTIA staff are coordinating responses to questions about the Vehicle Registration Fee and its relationship to B3 so that both agencies can give accurate responses about these separate but related efforts.
