How is the value for the trade disbursed?
You may choose to receive your redemption value via Check or donate your value to charity. All payments will be issued within approximately 45 days after receipt and inspection of your trade-in product. Redemption checks are issued by Market Velocity and are mailed via the US Postal Service. If you chose to donate your payment to charity, CollectiveGood will send the payment on your behalf directly to the charity. You will also receive an official tax receipt directly from the charity.
