How is the Unilevel Executive Check Matching Bonus percentage floating?

The percentages provided in the literature are base line percentages, and will adjust as necessary. The UEMB is the bonus that actually creates the 55% payout. This bonus ensures that we never cross that payout percentage, and ensures that we can continue to pay out lucrative checks while never risking the stability of the corporation. This works as the UEMB is designed to absorb all of the “breakage” in the Yoli Plan. After the rest of the compensation plan is paid, all the remaining funds allocated to be paid (from the 55% payout) is directed into the UEMB, and the percentages are then adjusted prorated accordingly from those baseline percentages. As there will be times where there is a higher or lower ratio of those funds that will flow into the UEMB there will be times when these paid percentage numbers will be adjusted accordingly.
