Training sessions are delivered as an interactive web seminar using the WebEx facility, using a teleconference service for audio. The course is delivered with a set of PowerPoint slides, using practical examples from within JIRA or Confluence.

The courses are delivered in seven minute training sessions. New courses will be released quarterly. The first quarter, January thru March, will consist of mostly text based courses. Each new quarter will bring new courses and will feature graphics, and interactivity.
