How is the Town going to enforce what residents place in their recycling carts?
Maricopa County regulations require the Town to have an inspection program for its trash and recycling service. Additionally, research shows that successful recycling programs employ inspectors to ensure that items are being placed into the appropriate containers and that trash and bulk waste items are disposed of appropriately to ensure public health and safety.
