Each daily data point in these reports is calculated from the average of the top 10% raw inbound (i.e. Kbps per second) and outbound data points. 43. When is the Speed Change feature shown? Speed Change is shown when a link is selected from a time frame where that link’s speed is different than its current speed. A dropdown list is then displayed. This shows dates when these changes happened. You are then able to select the date to see the link’s prior speed. You can then generate a report from the speed as it was for that particular day.
