How is the text changed from the original message?
In all messages the text is reformatted for a user experience better suited to a mobile phone display. In order to do that extra whitespace characters are removed – that’s all the extra spaces, tabs and new lines that sometimes go into a message. That way it uses as little screen space as possible, minimizing the need to scroll. Of course if someone sent you a message where the extra lines of space are critical then we’re very sorry! At least you have the Windows Mobile inbox to view the message in also, which is only one click away.
