Answer: When a VoIP call is received through the VoIP connection, the TeleVoceTM Connected application reacts to the incoming call and the TeleVoIP Stick rings the phone(s) attached to it. When a PSTN call is received, the TeleVoIP stick rings the phone(s) attached to it. In either case the user answers the call as they normally would. The user has the option of answering the VoIP calls at the PC’s Desktop on the MIC and Speakers (or headset). Back to Top Question: How do I make VoIP calls? Answer: VoIP calls can be initiated from the Desktop Skype window or from an attached phone(s) with the user constructed TeleVoceTM Speed-Dial List. Using the Speed-Dial list, enter the speed-Dial number followed by a # key. EX: nn# The Speed-Dial list can contain User IDs or actual phone numbers in SkypeOut format.
