How is the taste of Absente different from that of the original Absinthe?
We are not sure what Absinthe tasted like in 1915, but our Absente does taste less bitter than some Absinthe brands sold in Europe today. If you are interested in experiencing a more fuller taste than the traditional method of drinking Absente, try reducing the water. Mix 1 or 2- parts water to 1- part Absente, varying the percentage to your taste for a fuller flavor.
