How is the taoism religion organized internally?
Much like Christianity Taoism has many sects or schools deferent Pai or schools are organized differently. Liken to the way that Seventh – day Adventist have Pastors but Baptists have Ministers and Lutherans have Reverends, Some Taoist sects simply have a Abbott and priests under that Abbott. Others have Grandmasters and masters under the grandmaster with each master having ordained priests under them. So it really depends on what sect you are talking about.
