How is the start date for receiving subsidy awards determined?
A43. FFA will certify properly completed packages for payment on the date that all required forms and documentation are reviewed. The effective date will be the first day of the month that the application is approved. For example, if an employee’s application is approved on June 16 th, the effective date for the subsidy award will be June 1 st. Subsidies will not be awarded for any month prior to FFA’s approval.
