The Specification is maintained by the ASD Simplified Technical English Maintenance Group (STEMG). This group consists of representatives from ASD member countries in Europe, from the AIA in the US and the AIA-C in Canada. In addition, the STEMG has associate members representing the users (airlines and militaries).
